Snails do not seem to be one of the most dangerous animals at first glance, but it is better not to touch a cone snail. A video was shared on Reddit of vacationers in Egypt catching a snail and catching it on camera. “But if you come across such a snail, you have to be very careful,” says science expert Martyn Peters. “If it sees prey or feels threatened, it injects venom with a small spear. This is a very complex and deadly poison for which there is no antidote.”
