Fall Guys developer Mediatonic has apologized to players after an annoying bug appeared in the Fal Guys in-game store. Due to the bug, in-game purchases were made without the player’s consent.
Mediatonic offers the apology via the Fall Guys Twitter channel. They came over a week after players on Reddit reported that they were making purchases from the Fall Guys in-game store while just looking at items.
The players were according to computer games At first Mediatonic didn’t believe him. People who reported customer service were treated as customers who regretted their purchase. They were told that there was no problem with a bug in the game. “The purchase was made by you, not a mistake. The question is whether the purchase was intentional or not,” the player is said to have been told.
Mediatonic is now back to that. The company says it is working on a patch that should solve the problem. Until then, players who purchased cosmetics between June 21 and the release of the patch will get their money back if they request a refund.
