At FFO Nights, an initiative by which the Ostend Film Festival wants to support the restart of the Flemish film sector, people are not alienated from a small show. After the cast of the series One Under pressure at bay Matteo Simone got into a fire truck, and the other actors from the new movie became non-veteran accompanied by motorcyclists.
How could it be otherwise, with a movie all about motorsports. in a non-veteran, from Wednesday in the lounges, Matteo Simone (34) plays aspiring biker Nikki. His world collapses after an accident. He seeks comfort and support from his sister-in-law Ferro (Perl Biteness) and her son, Charlie (Valentin Brayman).
The red carpet in front of Kinepolis in Ostend briefly changed to a racetrack on Saturday evening with much growling and grumbling. The motorbikes formed an honor guard that Simone, Peytons, 43, and Brickman, 17, had to pass with director Levin Van Bylen to enter the cinema.
In addition to Loredana Falone, girlfriend of Matteo Simone, a lot of familiar faces appeared at the film’s premiere. It was the first time that director Michael Roskam, 48, and Eileen De Monk, 33, had appeared as a married couple on the red carpet. Singer Dan Stuyven (51), “Nefineffect” Gilly De Paul (40) and his wife Sylvia Van Derech (45) also attended.
