He was still in the UK last week but that means – once again – no family reunion for Prince Harry, 38. This is what he writes in the British newspaper The Telegraph.
It seems that the youngest son of King Charles III (74) did not take advantage of his visit to his homeland to visit his family. After Harry was on the witness stand on Tuesday and Wednesday over his lawsuit against the Mirror Newspapers Group (MGN), he left for the US again on Thursday evening.
The Prince has spent the past few days with his security team at Frogmore Cottage, whose keys should be back soon. Also last month, the Duke of Sussex stayed there for a whirlwind visit, due to his father’s coronation.
Very busy schedule
Although the two were in contact in May, the relationship is by no means warm. In April – when Harry was in the country in his case against publisher Associated Newspapers Limited – Charles was reportedly too busy to see his son, and once again the King’s schedule was full. Charles returned on Tuesday from a private visit to Romania and attended a concert in London this evening. On Wednesday, the monarch had some commitments at Buckingham Palace.
According to The Telegraph, there has been no contact with older brother William (40). Although this should come as no surprise: the two have been living at odds with each other for several years now.
