Today, OnePlus introduced the second generation of the Hasselblad camera for the OnePlus 10 Pro. The wide-angle lens provides an ultra-wide 150-degree perspective.
From Collaboration between OnePlus and Hasselblad It was launched with the OnePlus 9 series last year, which translated to software improvements for color reproduction and a new look for the camera app. For the OnePlus 10 Pro (and possibly the entire 10 series), there will be OnePlus Billion Color Solution and the second generation Hasselblad Pro mode with RAW+.
OnePlus Billion Color Solution
With the OnePlus Billion Color solution, color calibration can be applied to over a billion colors, bringing 10-bit color to a OnePlus smartphone for the first time. Thanks to Billion Color Solution, the OnePlus 10 Pro takes photos with 25 percent more coverage than the DCI-P3 color gamut, and can process 64 times more colors than its predecessor. 10-bit color is supported on each of the three rear cameras on the OnePlus 10 Pro (main, telephoto, and wide angle). This will virtually eliminate color gamut, creating smooth color transitions in the photos you take.
Hasselblad Pro . mode
The second generation of Hasselblad Pro Mode now also allows image capture in 12-bit RAW format. The new mode also supports a new powerful RAW format called RAW +, which gives the user all the advantages of shooting in RAW format with the artistic photography elements of a smartphone. This ensures the highest quality image files with greater dynamic range, reduced color and more options for users who want to edit their images.
150° super wide
The impact of the above color enhancement on the final result is still to be seen, but the wide-angle photos you take with the OnePlus 10 Pro are already sure to look unique. Most smartphones have a viewing angle of about 120 degrees with the ultra-wide camera, which will not fall below 150 degrees with the OnePlus 10 Pro. Support is also provided for a new fisheye mode that mimics the look of dedicated 360-degree cameras and offers a whole new perspective while shooting. If all of this sounds like a lot to you, you can also go back to just a 110-degree field of view.
movie mode
OnePlus 10 Pro features a movie mode for the first time, which lets you set ISO, shutter speed, and more before and during video recording. In addition, movie mode allows you to shoot in LOG format without a preset image profile, giving videographers a blank canvas that can be easily edited. Images captured in LOG format also have a wider dynamic range and provide more information about shadows and highlights.
Earlier this week we already arrived OnePlus 10 Pro design to see and Specifications have also been revealed. The smartphone will be released exclusively in China on January 11, and the rest of the world will follow later in 2022.
