Luke Littler is already a World Series of Darts star. The 16-year-old Englishman immediately reached the semi-finals on his debut.
Littler was too strong for Brendan Dolan in the quarter-final 5-1 on New Year's Day. Rob Cross awaits him in the semi-finals. “He's doing a fantastic job,” said Paul Nicholson, a former World Cup quarter-finalist. “He brings something extra to the World Cup and it will be difficult to prevent him from winning the world title,” he added.

The call is getting louder for Littler to be invited to Premier League Darts this year. “If he becomes world champion, he should be involved, there is no doubt about that,” says Nicholson.
“Yes, the media will explode and there will be a lot of criticism for it, but the Premier League of Darts without a world champion is simply unthinkable.”
But what if he doesn't become world champion? “Then I will not invite him to the Premier League of Darts. I advise him to take a month off after the World Cup, go on vacation and spend some time with his family so that he can get fully rested and ready for the tournaments.” That comes.”
