After a week of absence, Queen Máxima will return to the country on Tuesday. In the morning you will be in Utrecht, and later in the day you will travel to Amsterdam. Visit to Nebod
Queen Máxima begins her work day on Tuesday morning at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. The Queen will deliver a speech at the annual conference of the National Institute for Budget Information (NIBOD). Nibud is an independent organization that provides information and advice on family financial matters. According to the Queen, young people also benefit from these tips. “My children have been closely following the tables on NIBUDJong, through which you can find out what level of pocket money suits any age. They have alerted me more than once that they deserve an increase. And for this reason too: Thank you Nibud,” she said.

Second visit in Amsterdam
In the afternoon, Queen Máxima travels to Amsterdam. Here she is at the launch of the Amsterdam Training Charter (MBO). “The internship agreement has one clear goal: every MBO student in Amsterdam should have access to a suitable internship position, with good guidance from the school and training company and fair compensation,” the government information service said. During her visit, Maxima will show why MBO students are important to the city of Amsterdam and what they can contribute to social challenges such as climate.

Elegant dark blue
Queen Máxima wears a dark blue Oscar de la Renta dress on Tuesday. She previously wore the design during a regional visit to the Dune and Bulb region in 2022. A year later, the dress was featured again when the Queen visited Maastricht. In both cases the design was combined with dark blue berets. Maxima also appears today in a matching hat, although it was only worn during the visit to Amsterdam.
