PlayStation will remain the official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League for many years to come.

PlayStation has been a long-time sponsor of Europe’s most competitive football tournament, the Champions League. However, that partnership is set to end in 2024 and the question was what the plans were after that. It has now been announced that the partnership will continue for at least a while.

It has been announced that PlayStation will be the official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League for another three years. The sponsorship has been extended until 2027. UEFA has announced this with press releaseThe partnership between Sony and UEFA, which has now spanned 27 years, will continue for several more years. The extension also applies to the UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League and UEFA Futsal Champions League.

UEFA Marketing Director Guy-Laurent Epstein said the following about the extension:
