Lianne Tan is the first Belgian to take action on Sunday. The badminton tournament started.
The Red Panthers also start the Olympics. In their first group match they will face China.
Our riders face the second part of the cross country event. Our swimmers are also competing for the second day in a row.
Two Belgian sailboats are being launched on the water for the first time, just like the rowing boat of Thibaut Vevey and Niels van Zandweghe.
Fencer Nisser Loyola, mountain biker Emeline Detailaux and boxer Victor Shellstreet will make their Games debuts. Loyola could win an immediate medal.
The Red Lions will be looking for their second win against New Zealand.
In the evening we will have to look forward to Nina Derwael and Mylis Brassart in the gymnastics qualifications.
