Earlier this year, Samsung launched its latest TVs for 2024. The South Korean manufacturer comes with two series of QD-OLED TVs and a full range of QLED models. Last week, the company introduced the European lineup in Germany and immediately announced the recommended retail prices.
Below you will find an overview of the recommended prices for the best models. please note; These are recommended prices for Germany, so may differ for markets in the Netherlands and Belgium. Remarkably, almost all models are 100 euros more expensive than their predecessor from last year. This certainly has something to do with inflation. For the cheapest QD-OLED TV, you now pay €2,299, and the most expensive model costs you €5,199. However, it could be more expensive as the 85-inch versions in the QLED QN800D and QN900D series cost €7,999 and €10,999 respectively.
We will update this article once Samsung announces pricing in the Dutch and Belgian markets. Hopefully we'll get more information about the S85D OLED TV series announced last January, which hasn't been talked about much in Germany. Additionally, there was talk in January of the S90D series in 42-, 48- and 83-inch sizes, but those were not included either. Samsung doesn't make these formats in the QD-OLED variant, so they will have a WOLED panel from LG Display. It is currently unclear whether these TVs will still find their way to Europe.
