It was a good weekend for Ghostface. Scream VI earned $44.5 million for the franchise’s highest opening weekend in the U.S. with its sixth installment. It set the record for the best opening weekend for the Scream franchise.

In the Netherlands, the film had a very successful opening weekend, grossing €406,000. The film is playing in 99 theaters, including previews, and has now grossed a total of €451,000 in the Netherlands.
