Famous PeopleEve Jobs, the 24-year-old daughter of late Apple CEO Steve, works as a model. Having recently signed with a famous modeling agency, next month she can be seen on the first cover of the popular “Vogue” magazine.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!” Eve focuses on Instagram for everyone who collaborated on the cover, in which she wears a jacket with bare legs underneath.
Modeling as the second career of Eve, who studied “Science, Technology, and Society” at the exclusive Stanford University. Jobs was previously successful in equestrian sports: in 2019, she ranked fifth on the list of the best under-25 riders worldwide, according to industry magazine ‘Horse Sport’. It may go to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, but it had to cancel when it was postponed due to Corona.
“I wanted to see how far I could go with this,” she recently told Vanity Fair. “It’s a tough sport, especially because you only have two minutes in the ring and you’re working on something, an animal, which is unpredictable.” After graduation, I decided to stop riding. “I did everything I wanted to achieve in this sport, I was at peace with it.”
Soon after, it was revealed that she had signed with DNA Models, the agency that represents famous models such as Doutzen Kroes, Emily Ratajkowski and Kaia Gerber, daughter of Cindy Crawford. She made her debut on the Coberni catwalk in Paris and will become the face of Louis Vuitton later this year. Not coincidentally, this is also the brand she is now wearing on the cover of “Vogue”:

It’s like an equestrian sport
Eve soon discovered that modeling is very similar to equestrian sports. In front of the camera, she also has to show what she deserves in a few minutes. “I never expected that I would do this, but I suddenly thought: Why not? It matches things I already knew, it sparks something in me that equestrian sports have always done.”
The model is the youngest of Steve Jobs’ children, and she also has two daughters, Lisa and Irene, and a son, Reed. She lost her father to a rare type of pancreatic cancer when she was just 13 years old. Her mother, businesswoman and benefactor Lauren Powell Jobs, considers her a “guiding light”.
I never expected to do this
“As my life develops a little bit, I will find my own way to make a difference in the best way for as many people as possible,” Eve said. “I want to take my time, do it right and find something I love, just like I see my mom finding ways to reach people.” For example, her mother invested $3.5 billion in an initiative to help the people most affected by the climate crisis.
Meanwhile, Eve reminds of the smallest things of her famous father, for example when she recently gave an interview to the journalist who she recorded using an Apple iPhone. “Every day is a beautiful memory for me. Every day every day. Really. It gives me such a warm feeling.”
