LaLiga Santander
FC Barcelona removed all doubts after its impressive victory over Real Sociedad. Substitute Ansu Fati led the Catalans and gave them a 1-3 lead in a few minutes with two passes. Robert Lewandowski also opened his account in the Spanish League with two goals.
After a lackluster draw on the opening day against Rayo Vallecano, Barcelona had no choice but to beat Real Sociedad. Not painful.
Due to the absence of suspended Sergio Busquets, Frenkie de Jong was in the starting line-up. In recent weeks, the Dutchman has been pushed (significantly) to the exit, but now had to keep the ship upright.
Anyway, things started off well for Barcelona. After about 40 seconds, Robert Lewandowski smashed his first La Liga game against the ropes. The happiness did not last long as Alexander soon equaled Isaacs with a bit of luck.

Substitute Ansu Fati makes the difference
Watching the match was fun, but the two teams seemed to balance each other out until Xavi made a double substitution. Ravenha and Shushu Ansu Fati came between the lines.
The latter had an immediate impact and led Barcelona to victory with two passes in 3 minutes.
Initially, the 19-year-old creator maintained a great overview and introduced Dembélé 1-2 with a massive heel. Immediately afterwards he backheeled the ball to Lewandowski, who played the second ball in the evening.
In the last minutes, Barcelona kept control and did not give any big chances. Meanwhile, Ansu Fati scored the final numbers 1-4. Thus, the Catalan team moves away from the disappointing 0-0 draw from the day before the match and continues in the footsteps of its great rival, Real Madrid.
