Otoro – the company’s name – stands for the tastiest and most special part of the tuna. With his high-quality dishes in a modern French style with oriental touches, Batjim hopes to win a star soon. 2. Ballina Osteria in Genk

The famous La Posta is no more, but fortunately Genk Vennestraat has got a suitable alternative. At Balena Osteria, a chef duo with Italian and French roots conjures fine fish and pasta dishes on your plate: from pasta with truffles to oysters and lobsters. After dinner, Italian music reverberates through the speakers and the cocktail bar runs at full speed.
