Viktor Verhulst (29) and Joris Hessels (43) built a close friendship during “Expedition: Greenland” and they are both very grateful for it. “My fondest memory of this expedition is of you,” Victor says to Joris. And so it turns out. “The expedition would have been much more difficult without you,” Joris adds.
Joris Hessels (43) and Viktor Verhulst (29) met at -35 degrees and quickly formed a close duo during the expedition. “Our worlds are so far apart, but we found each other from minute one,” says Joris.
The two will now also be making a TV show together. Exactly what the program will cover remains a secret for now. Although Joris and Victor will cross the border again for their new show. “We want to travel to places where people can't go easily,” Victor said earlier. “We also want to push our boundaries again. But we can’t say more yet, because we still have a blank sheet of paper.”
Last night, the entire crew of “The Expedition: Greenland” decided to sleep outside together. Suddenly they also had a beautiful display of the northern lights. Last night couldn't have been more beautiful.
“The Expedition: Greenland”, Mondays at 9.15pm on Play4. The entire series can also be watched on Streamz.
