14 children and a teacher were killed in a shooting at an elementary school in Texas on Tuesday, Governor Greg Abbott said. The attacker also died.
The shooting occurred just before noon (local time) at Robb Elementary School, an elementary school in Ovaldi, a town of about 15,000 people located 150 miles west of San Antonio, Texas.
The local hospital announced shortly after the facts through Facebook She nursed 13 children. Uvald Memorial Hospital said two other victims had already died upon arrival at the hospital, without further details.
