The mutilated body of 28-year-old model Abby Choi was found in Hong Kong: ex-husband arrested

Abby Choi, who walked the couture show for designer Elie Saab at the end of last month, was reported missing on Wednesday. Two days later, her limbs were found in the refrigerator of a rented home in Hong Kong, along with a meat grinder, an electric saw, a bag belonging to Choi, and some clothes. Other human remains were found in two jars.

Choi’s ex was arrested on Saturday on a pier in Tung Chung, on one of the city’s islands. It seemed that he intended to flee the city. Police Chief Alan Chung told CNN that the arrested man’s older brother and father had already been taken in for questioning on Friday.

Meanwhile, a relentless search is still on for other parts of Abe Choi’s body. Among other things, a hundred police officers search a local cemetery and divers are active in an area close to the water.

Choi, a successful model and influencer with nearly 100,000 followers on Instagram, has two children with her now-arrested ex-husband. These children are taken care of by Choi’s mother.
