Anas Barry, a Moroccan computer science professor at New York University, has developed a new algorithm for artificial intelligence.
The algorithm, called Pyrorank, can make better recommendations and rely less on user profiles.
Barry is an expert in artificial intelligence and predictive analytics. He wrote a book on the subject and leads a research lab that designs AI systems for various fields, such as health, finance, politics, and society.
Barry has won many awards for his work. He was recently awarded the Golden Dozen Award for his contribution to education and research. He says he learned his values in his native Morocco, where he also received his early education.
Barry went on to study at some of the top universities in the United States, such as George Washington University and Stanford University. He has also advised major organizations on data strategy, such as the United Nations and the World Bank.
His accomplishments have caught the attention of major media outlets such as Science Magazine, CNBC, The Times, and The Washington Post.
