filmIt is one of the most famous movie series of all time, and therefore is often the target of gangs of thieves, because the original movie script “Avengers” was also stolen and put up for sale online. Marvel legend Samuel L. Jackson, 74, recently told Entertainment Weekly.
Lately you’re hearing more and more stories about trailers and scripts being stolen and leaked about major Marvel projects. In 2012, the first “Avengers” movie conquered cinemas and became a worldwide success. But it was close to the entire script that was leaked before the movie was even released. Actor Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in the Marvel film series, revealed to ‘Entertainment Weekly’ that the script for the first film has also been copied and put up for sale online.
“I remember an employee reprinting my script and putting it up for sale online when we were preparing for The Avengers.” The production found out right away and immediately put the employee at the door.
They pretended to buy it, but it never showed up. It was crazy

After the incident, security around the various ongoing Marvel projects has of course been tightened. Jackson recalled how Marvel posed as a potential buyer to catch the employee in the act: “They pretended to buy it, but he didn’t show up. It was crazy.”
Until now, the secrecy surrounding new Marvel projects remains paramount. For example, during the filming of the new series “Secret Invasion”, drones were shot down by the production, for fear of being spied on: “They dropped one, and the owner followed the other. They found him and then took him away.”
The new series, “Secret Invasion,” has been streaming on Disney+ since last Wednesday. In that series we follow Jackson’s character, the infamous Agent Nick Fury, who wants to help the world against an invasion of Skrulls. There will be a new episode every Wednesday.
