The second model from the Turkish company is the electric fastback

The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is the stage where Turkish manufacturer Togg is presenting its second exhibition Smart device gifts. Smart device? We just call it a car, but it's an electric car. This is the Togg T10F: an electric car with a sloped roof and a range of up to 600 km.

In 2019, the Turkish company Togg, which is still very young, showed off its first models. At the time, the brand gave us a pre-production version of the C-Class electric SUV and an electric sedan. Although Togg later introduced more new pre-production models, it rarely spoke in detail about the intended newcomers. Togg currently has one production model: the T10X. The Togg T10X has now been joined by a lower and much longer model. This is the Togg T10F. With the letter F for quick reference.

F follows X

The Togg T10F isn't fully fleshed out yet, but the pre-production model Togg has now shown off during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas looks as if it could be rolled right off the production line. T10F – Like the T10X, Togg calls it one Smart device And there is no car – it is 4.83 meters long, 1.88 meters wide and 1.56 meters high. This makes the five-door electric car approximately 30cm longer and 10cm lower than the current Togg T10X. The T10F's wheelbase is 2.89 meters longer than that of its SUV brother. The difference: 9 cm in favor of the last tug. In terms of length, the T10F is almost comparable to the Hyundai Ioniq 6.

Its range reaches 600 km

Just like the T10X, the Togg T10F is fully electric. Togg actually expects three different types. For example, the Togg T10F RWD Standard Range has a 218 PS and 350 Nm electric motor at the rear axle and a 52.4 kWh battery. This combination helps the car reach a speed of 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds and a top speed of 175 km/h. And much more important: its reach. According to Tog, that amounts to 350 kilometres. For those for whom that's not enough, Togg has the long-range T10F RWD in stock. It has the same 218-hp electric motor, but a larger 88.5-kilowatt-hour battery. This increases the range to 600 km. Above that is the long-range T10F AWD. It is – you guessed it – all-wheel drive thanks to two electric motors and has a larger battery. It has 435 hp and 700 Nm of torque, and with this electric power, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. Range of that higher version: 530 kilometers.

Each Togg device should be capable of fast charging at up to 180 kW and be V2L enabled. The lighter version weighs 1,939 kg. The dual-motor version with all-wheel drive and the largest battery pack weighs 2,215 kilograms. Togg is already quite convinced that the Togg T10F will achieve a full score of 5 stars during NCAP safety tests. Therefore a wide range of active and passive safety systems should be standard. The Togg T10F will be available in V1 and V2 equipment levels. The V2 model includes Rush Hour Pilot, which allows you to drive hands-free on the steering wheel at up to 15 km/h in heavy traffic. Fun fact: Like the look of the Togg T10X, the T10F was created with the help of Italian design house Pininfarina.

Inside we find a 12.3-inch instrument panel and a 29-inch infotainment screen. violently. Depending on the version chosen, Togg offers the T10F a 12-speaker audio system – after all, it's 2024 – Social camera To be able to record videos in the car. Important, apparently. Turkey's latest electric car will also be available with electrically adjustable seats with memory function. Seat heating in the front – as in the rear – is optional.

The Togg T10F should be launched in Europe in 2025. Togg's current vehicle – the T10X SUV – is also coming to the Netherlands. This should happen by the end of this year. We see no reason to expect that this new electric car will not come to the Netherlands.
