MÁLAGA – Since January 27, fans of Spanish series can once again enjoy a new Netflix series with “La chica de nieve”, which can now be seen on the well-known streaming service. This thriller series takes place in the famous city of Málaga and tells the story of a mysterious disappearance. The trailer can be seen at the bottom of this article.
The movie “La chica de nieve” (The Snow Girl) is based on a book by Javier Castillo from Malaga. This is why the series was filmed entirely in Malaga, and fans of the Costa del Sol and this southern Spanish city will learn a lot in the series.
The action series takes place in Málaga in 2010 during the Epiphany Parade. What should have been a magical moment for the townspeople quickly turns into a nightmare for the Martin family when their young daughter, Amaya, suddenly disappears into the crowd. Novice journalist Merrin begins an investigation, which also includes Police Inspector Milan. They will not stop together until the girl is found.
This new Spanish series is a film adaptation of the book of the same name by Javier Castillo. The main roles were played by actress Alma Melina Smit, Warrior Nun star Tristan Ulloa and Entrevías actor Jose Coronado.
