The atmosphere was good in the second episode of “Sergio Across the Border.” Mathieu Therrien and Dries Mertens dared to present a surprise duet. The Bazaart striker and best footballer sang the song “When I Was Your Man” by Bruno Mars with full dedication. Therrien offered several pieces of advice to the Red Devil. “You have to sing at a much higher level,” the singer said as he played his guitar.
It wasn't long before the group took off. During the car ride, Mertens played Bazart his favorite song: “Don't Think About Tomorrow.” “I think that's a beautiful song,” said the football player who sang at the top of his lungs.
“When you're in the car and your own song comes on the radio. So what do you do?” Mikey Kaffmeyer asked Matteo. “Then I'll reschedule my appointment. “I may be a little shy, but I'm also proud,” the singer replied. Actor Frank Lammers also realized this. “If there's a movie on TV that I'm in, I keep watching for five minutes. Then I'll turn it off again.” Kaffmeyer also found this to be very special.
After a few days of a road trip together, Sergio's guests know him well. Lolbroek Matteo performed a funny imitation of top chefs. The actor instantly made everyone laugh.
