V&H is the new daughter of Vandebos

V&H Afwerking, a dynamic finishing company in Limburg, now belongs to the Vandebos Group in Alken. Dieter Helfen and Renate Weissen from V&H join Krijn Henrotte and Staff Jacobs.

“By participating in V&H Afwerking, the Vandebos Group can on the one hand stimulate its continued growth and on the other hand (and above all) offer improved service and more construction specializations to our customers,” say Staff Jacobs and Kren Henrot, company directors. The decision to collaborate is largely based on shared core values. “It's a puzzle that fits together perfectly,” says Dieter Helfen, director and co-owner of V&H Afwerking, who has more than 20 years' experience in the world of plasterboard work. “We can now undertake projects in the work of plasterboard, drywall and suspended ceilings for the Vandebos Group, as well as expanding our market position and expertise to other contractors, project developers and clients.”

Renate Weissen, who is also director and co-owner of V&H Afwerking, adds: “In order to cope with all these tasks with the necessary quality assurance, we immediately hired about 10 of our experienced employees, as well as permanent employees under subcontracting. This allows us to achieve Large quantities in a very short period of time, without compromising the quality of the finish.”

The new offices of V&H Afwerking are located in Alken. Their work area mainly covers Limburg, Flemish Brabant and Kempin, where they focus on medium and large projects.
