Vincent Meenaerts, Director of Artebeau in Aarschot, received the Young Flemish Contractor Award 2023 for Flemish Brabant from Embuild Flanders. The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday evening at the Maison De La Poste hotel in Brussels.
At its annual vision report presentation, Embild Flanders has traditionally presented young entrepreneurs from the construction sector. Five of them, one for each county, received the title.
29-year-old Vincent Meinerts was awarded the title of Flemish Province of Brabant. “Vincent is the right candidate because of his enthusiasm and desire to do business and build,” says Embild. “He is rightly proud to have already completed several projects in his area with the Artebeau seal.”

Vincent is a director at Embuild Jong Vlaams-Brabant, and since 2014 he has been a director of Artebeau, a project development company from Aarchut founded by his father in 2010. Artebeau is constantly looking for suitable project land that can be developed into multi-family homes of 10 to 15 lonliness.
When Vincent graduated, the question quickly arose whether he wanted to learn about the company. A few years later he took over operations. Since then, the company has evolved from a profitable player into a professional project developer.
