Italian Serie A
Juventus finally knows what a win is after five days in Serie A. He wasn’t looking good in Spezia either, but in the second half, Chiesa and De Ligt held the first three points of the new season.
Allegri’s second era has not been successful so far. Juventus were unable to win any of their first four league matches, even relegating themselves before the match against Spezia.
Also in Liguria, the old lady seemed long on her way to new points and losing face. But with them trailing 2-1, Juventus continued to strengthen their appearance after the break.
Federico Chiesa equalized for the first time, not long after Matisse de Ligt gave the visitors the three points for the first time with a goal in the 16th.
Juventus also moved up a bit in the standings due to the win. It is now twelfth.
