Sunday marks one of the highlights of the year on the tennis calendar with the ATP Finals. This year, the top 8 tennis players of the season will compete against each other in Turin. The champions have already proven in training that we can expect nothing less from the best of tennis.
Like every year, world number one Novak Djokovic starts the tournament as the favourite. The Serbian can only become the record holder if he wins the ATP Finals for the seventh time.
For this he must pass Daniil Medvedev, Jannik Sinner, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Carlos Alcaraz, among others. The latter emerged more and more this year as the Serb’s biggest rival and defeated him in the Wimbledon final.
They proved that top players don’t avoid each other this week by training together in Turin. Djokovic and Alcaraz trained in preparation for a possible final, and Sinner and Medvedev exchanged confrontations. See the photos below and enjoy the beautiful walks.
Juventus players also choose their favourites:
“Subtly charming internet specialist. Avid writer. Friendly alcohol guru. Music ninja. Devoted social media fanatic.”
