Will Mr Brexit return? Nigel Farage hints at a return outside

A few years ago, Farage was leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) and the Brexit Party (Reform UK Now). Interestingly, Farage was never able to enter the British Parliament himself. He is mainly known in the UK as “Brexiteer”. In 2016, he played an important role in the “Leave campaign” for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union.

His role as Brexit master has, to put it mildly, not been appreciated by everyone. He is known for his controversial and skeptical statements. Farage has now been out of British politics for two years. He can currently be seen on television as a presenter for the conservative British television channel GB News.

His appearance on the reality show “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” His reputation would have benefited: because of his age he would have gained the respect of viewers and climbed the ladder of sympathy. British newspapers reported last weekend that some Conservative MPs want Boris Johnson to return as party leader before the election, with Farage also on the ticket, as a way to reverse the party’s deficit in the opinion polls. Farage told ITV’s Good Morning Britain on Monday that he would think about this: “Never say never. I can’t predict now what will happen.”

Farage strongly denied the possibility of rejoining Rishi Sunak’s Conservative Party. “I look forward to a Conservative government in complete disarray facing a vote of confidence tomorrow on an issue that affects every living being in our country, which is immigration at levels never seen even in Tony Blair’s days,” Farage said. “Richie is a lame duck, and the Tories are heading towards Complete defeat.”

The other and more logical political option is Farage’s return to the Reform Party in the United Kingdom. This is the party he led from 2019 to 2021. According to The Telegraph, this also appears to be the most likely move for Farage. According to a recent More in Common poll, the Conservative Party will lose 35 seats, while the UK Reform Party will double its seats. Farage’s potential entry into the party could make these figures even more interesting.
